9.3 Other State Privacy Rights. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws, including but not limited to Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Utah (UCPA), Oregon (OCPA), Texas (TDPSA), Montana (MCDPA), Delaware (DPDPA), Iowa (ICDPA), Tennessee (TIPA), Indiana (INCDPA), and other states that have enacted comprehensive privacy legislation by 2026, may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, opt out of targeted advertising, opt out of the sale of Personal Information, and opt out of profiling. We will not charge a fee for processing your request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded.
9.5 Authorized Agents. You may designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf under the CCPA/CPRA, FDBR, and other applicable state laws. The authorized agent must provide proof of their authority (such as a signed power of attorney or written permission) and we may require you to verify your identity directly with us before processing the request.
9.6 Appeals. If we deny your request, you have the right to appeal our decision. To appeal, email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Rights Appeal" within a reasonable time after receiving our denial. We will respond to appeals within sixty (60) days of receipt. If your appeal is denied, you may submit a complaint to the Florida Department of Legal Affairs (for Florida residents), the California Privacy Protection Agency (for California residents), or your state's applicable Attorney General or privacy regulator.
Our Site and services are not directed to children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 16. If you are accessing our Site from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. The data protection laws in these jurisdictions may differ from those in your country of residence. By using our Site and services, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and other jurisdictions as described in this policy.
We do not currently transfer Personal Information to jurisdictions outside the United States. If we do so in the future, we will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions, and we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly.
Some web browsers may transmit "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals to websites. Because there is no universally accepted standard for how websites should respond to DNT signals, our Site does not currently respond to DNT signals beyond honoring the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as described in Section 6. However, you can opt out of certain tracking activities using the mechanisms described in this policy, including cookie controls, the GPC signal, and opt-out tools from advertising industry groups.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email (if you have provided one), by posting a prominent notice on our Site, or by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. Material changes may include, but are not limited to, changes in how we collect, use, or share your Personal Information; changes to your rights; or changes required by new laws or regulations. Your continued use of our Site and services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

For privacy-related requests, please include "Privacy Policy Inquiry" or "Privacy Rights Request" in the subject line of your email so we can route your request appropriately. We are committed to responding to all inquiries in a timely manner and in accordance with applicable law.

Under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights (FDBR), effective July 1, 2024, and enforced through 2025–2026, you have specific rights regarding your Personal Information as described in Section 9.1 above. JLEE MARKETING LLC is a controller under the FDBR. We process Personal Information for the business purposes described in Section 3. We do not sell your Personal Information. We may process your Personal Information for targeted advertising with your consent or where permitted by law, and you have the right to opt out. The Florida Attorney General has exclusive authority to enforce the FDBR. There is no private right of action for consumers under the FDBR for data breaches, but consumers retain all other rights under Florida law.
16.2 California Residents. Under the CCPA/CPRA, we are required to provide additional disclosures. The categories of Personal Information we collect and the purposes for which we use them are described in Sections 1 and 3 above. We have not sold Personal Information in the preceding twelve (12) months. We have shared Personal Information with service providers and advertising partners for business purposes as described in Section 5. Under the CPRA, consumers have a private right of action for data breaches involving certain categories of Personal Information if the business failed to implement reasonable security measures.
16.3 Nevada Residents. Under Nevada law (NRS 603A.300 et seq.), Nevada consumers may opt out of the sale of certain Personal Information. As stated above, we do not sell your Personal Information. If you are a Nevada resident and wish to opt out of any future sale, you may email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Nevada Opt-Out Request."
16.4 European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and Switzerland. If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, our legal basis for collecting and using your Personal Information depends on the information concerned and the context in which we collect it. We process your data under the legal bases described in Section 4. Under the GDPR, you have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to processing, and data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 15. We do not currently transfer Personal Information outside the United States; if we do, we will implement appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
16.5 Additional State Disclosures (2026). By 2026, the following states have enacted comprehensive privacy laws that may apply to you depending on your residence: Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Utah (UCPA), Oregon (OCPA), Texas (TDPSA), Montana (MCDPA), Delaware (DPDPA), Iowa (ICDPA), Tennessee (TIPA), and Indiana (INCDPA). Each of these laws grants residents rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of the sale of Personal Information and targeted advertising, with variations in scope and enforcement. We will honor requests from residents of these states to the fullest extent required by applicable law. Please contact us to exercise your rights.
16.6 Dark Patterns Prohibition. Under the FDBR, CCPA/CPRA, and FTC Act Section 5, we do not use dark patterns — user interfaces designed or manipulated with the substantial effect of subverting or impairing user autonomy, decision-making, or choice — to obtain consent or to circumvent consumer privacy rights. Any consent obtained through our Site is freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous.
If you require this Privacy Policy in an alternative format due to a disability, please contact us at [email protected] and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and applicable Florida accessibility laws.
We may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automated decision-making tools to analyze data, optimize advertising, improve our services, and personalize user experiences. As of 2026, these automated systems do not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you (such as decisions about credit, employment, housing, or insurance). If our use of automated decision-making changes in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide appropriate notice and opt-out mechanisms as required by the FDBR, CCPA/CPRA, and other applicable laws.
We do not register as a data broker under Florida Statutes § 501.1735 or similar state data broker registration laws, as we do not sell or license Personal Information to third parties in the manner defined by those statutes. If our practices change, we will comply with all applicable registration, disclosure, and consumer opt-out requirements. We do not knowingly collect or process Personal Information from data brokers for purposes inconsistent with this Privacy Policy.
